Thank you for visiting. This journey is a journey of discovering the truth, emobodying that realization and reflecting it in each moment. To do this is to be fully present to all that you are - the entirety of the moment of now. This journey is a journey where a Soul can be blessed with a full realization within this experience of life, seeing itself in all it sees. It is through this blessing that divinity can blossom with intentional pristine purity.

ABOUT Me
I consider myself a dance instructor of sorts, helping those who are interested, discover how to dance with the Grace that greets them within each moment of every day. Advaita Vendanta yoga and the Mahavakya's (7 Great Utterances), align the most closely to my experience of being, although I see all great teachings pointing to the same ultimate truth.
I am a discoverer of the essence of things. My guiding light is sincerity, as sincere attention is the on-ramp to presence. Presence is the greatest gift I can offer anyone or anything, for it anchors me in the moment of now, which is what I really am. So, ultimately, all discovery culminates with the identical final truth, I Am That, and so are you.
